You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to register.

NFC hardware purchased through Finer Pal becomes your property upon completed payment and delivery, subject to these Terms. Finer Pal retains no ownership interest in physical devices after sale but maintains platform services required for tap routing and profile hosting.

Devices must be registered and assigned through authorized Finer Pal workflows. You may not reprogram devices to circumvent platform routing, impersonate others, or distribute malicious URLs. Device activation requires verified payment for associated orders unless granted by an administrator.

Finer Pal provides digital identity hosting, tap analytics, lead capture, and related tools. We may update features, impose reasonable usage limits by plan tier, and perform maintenance. Availability targets are best-effort unless covered by a separate enterprise agreement.

Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) provide additional features as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions activate after payment verification. Plan changes take effect upon successful payment for the selected tier. Enterprise terms may be governed by a separate contract.

Hardware and package orders are subject to product descriptions and pricing at checkout. Orders remain pending until payment is verified by Finer Pal staff or an approved payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or erroneous orders.

You are responsible for content on your profile, compliance with applicable laws when collecting leads, and lawful use of analytics data. You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

You may not: reverse engineer the platform; scrape data without permission; attempt unauthorized access; use the service for spam or harassment; resell accounts without authorization; or interfere with NFC tap infrastructure or payment systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finer Pal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or receive valid legal requests. Suspended users may lose access to dashboards and profiles until the issue is resolved.

You may request account closure at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breaches of these Terms. Upon termination, access to paid features ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
